Exam Schedule & Registration

Registration for Administration IV (Spring 2024) is now open. Exams will be held on:

• Friday, May 10th
• Friday, May 17th
• Monday, May 20th

Please note that the Spring 2024 administration will be held on-campus (in-person). Once you have registered for the exam, you will receive an email with detailed instructions including building and room location.

Please note that the exams are NOT administered at the TOP office.

Exam Schedule: 2023-2024

Administration I

• Summer 2023 (September 8th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th, 2023)
• Location: Bunche Hall 3164
  All TOP exams are held on-campus (in-person).
  There will be no online exams.
• Summer exam dates are for all students who plan on TA-ing in Fall 2023 or later

Administration II

• Fall 2023 (November 15th, 16th, 28th, 30th, and December 1st, 2023)
• Location: Powell Library Instructional Media Lab
  All TOP exams are held on-campus (in-person).
  There will be no online exams.
• Fall exam dates are for all students who plan on TA-ing in Winter 2024 or later

Administration III

• Winter 2024 (February 21st, 23rd, 28th, and March 1st, 2024)
• Location: Powell Instructional Media Lab
  All TOP exams are held on-campus (in-person).
  There will be no online exams.
• Winter exam dates are for all students who plan on TA-ing in Spring 2024 or later

Administration IV

• Spring 2024 (May 10th, 17th, 20th)
• Location: Powell Library – Instructional Media Lab (second floor)
  All TOP exams are held on-campus (in-person).
  There will be no online exams.
• Spring exam dates are for all students who plan on TA-ing in Summer 2024 or later

TOP Registration Policies

• You must register at least 24 hours prior to your desired exam time
• You may only take 1 exam per administration (e.g., the Fall administration vs. the Winter administration)
• Should you miss your exam appointment or fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your exam time, you will be charged a $50 fee and receive a score of “0” for the missed test, which will be reported to your department
• NO SPECIAL EXAMS can be requested. If you fail to register for an exam time offered in the current exam administration, you must wait until the next exam administration
