Forty of the Professional Writing Minor’s seventy-one graduating seniors participated in the Professional Writing Minor Capstone Seminar Colloquium, a special three-day event organized as part of Undergraduate Research Week 2022.
Students shared their original work on a wide range of topics—from immigration to nanopore sequencing, urban ecology to Los Angeles art galleries—and in a variety of genres—including personal memoirs, professional websites, video productions, cultural criticism, and more.
The presentations were followed by a Q&A during which audience members learned more about the students’ research, writing process, and future plans.
